چکیده

The technical task of creating new designs submersible vane pumps is to maintain stable operating parameters and increase the productivity pumping station with periodic regeneration sediment removal. well contains an outer chamber inner chamber, in which a unit installed, pipelines are connected lower upper pools. In structure under study, parts chambers equipped sealed head, part stopper. side surface made elastically deformable material. An elastic pipeline ejector at its end curvilinear helical grooves on nozzle tailpipe, water level meters installed chamber. technique balance testing was applied because existing technology insufficient for correct tests. Research methods involve design impeller, rigidly mounted shaft. methodology has been adjusted apply multistage different types impellers. energy this pump, power losses due friction individual axial support impeller additionally determined. Experimental work carried out, resulting measurements hydrodynamic moment acting guide grate. out vertical stand pump impellers ETsV-10-120-40 service life 1 year. Parametric tests it possible determine change external depending changes conditions network characteristics.

Real Time Failure Prediction in Electrical Submersible Pumps

As oil fields age, artificial lift systems are required to maintain production levels when reservoir pressures get too low. Failure of an ESP in a well can stop production or even lead to a dangerous event. ESPs are fitted with downhole monitoring units that transmit streams of data back to the surface including: motor temperature, pump intake pressure, intake temperature motor vibration, and m...

Theoretical morphology and development of flight feather vane asymmetry with experimental tests in parrots.

Asymmetry in flight feather vane width is a major functional innovation associated with the evolution of flight in the ancestors of birds. However, the developmental and morphological basis of feather shape is not simple, and the developmental processes involved in vane width asymmetry are poorly understood. We present a theoretical model of feather morphology and development that describes the...

Maintenance of submersible pumps in the septic tanks: ergonomic and biological risks to the worker.

In this study was observed the maintenance task of submersible pumps septic tanks installed in industrial bathrooms. This maintenance activity operators are exposed to various biological and ergonomic risks. This type of activity requires its great physical performers who are also subject to contact with human waste in the form of liquids, gases and solids. Besides the problems mentioned, are s...
